Yes. Stores with 50 or fewer total online store orders in a 30-day billing cycle remain free on the Freemium plan.
Why charge by order volume?
Widget loading, tracking, support, and server usage scale with total order volume, even when conversion attribution varies.
Why not charge commission?
Commission pricing can become expensive for merchants with high conversion value. Usage tiers keep the cost predictable.
Can pricing change later?
Pricing is locked to the plan available when the merchant first installed the app.
How do I cancel?
